FREE Standard UPS or FedEx Ground delivery is provided to street addresses located in the lower 48 continental United States for ALL orders for a limited time. Delivery to a PO Box address in the lower 48 continental states is provided by US Postal Priority Mail for $7.00 per order. (UPS and FedEx do not ship to a PO Box).

Order Processing
Order processing for in-stock items typically takes 24 to 48 hours. If your item is backordered or requires special processing, you will be notified via email with details of product availability and additional time needed to process your order. Typically, the additional time needed to process backordered items is 4 business days. Delivery times do not include Order Processing time.

Shipping Policy
Items ordered through TriCityNewBalance are shipped UPS, FedEx or US Postal. A street address is required for UPS or FedEx delivery. We currently offer FREE* UPS or FedEx Ground delivery to the lower 48 states. Merchandise shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground typically takes 2-10 business days for delivery. You may request express delivery, which typically takes 2-3 business days, for an additional charge. Delivery times do not include Order Processing time.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and P.O. Boxes is provided by US Postal Priority Mail for $9.00 per order. Packages sent via US Postal Priority Mail typically take 4-8 business days for delivery but may require an additional 2-3 business days to process. Express Delivery options are not available for Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico.
