FREE Standard UPS or FedEx Ground delivery is provided to addresses in the lower 48 continental United States. UPS and FedEx do not ship to a PO Box, so we offer US Postal Priority Mail at $6.00 per order for shipping to a PO Box.

Order Processing
Order processing for in-stock items typically takes 24 to 48 hours. If your item is backordered or requires special processing, you will be notified via email with details of product availability and additional time needed to process your order. Typically, the additional time needed to process backordered items is 4 business days. Delivery times do not include Order Processing time.

Shipping Policy
Items ordered through TriCity New Balance are shipped UPS, FedEx or US Postal. A street address is required for UPS or FedEx delivery. We currently offer FREE* UPS or FedEx Ground delivery to the lower 48 states for all orders. Merchandise shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground typically takes 2-10 business days for delivery. You may request express delivery, which typically takes 2-3 business days, for an additional charge. Delivery times do not include Order Processing time.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico is provided by US Postal Priority Mail at $6.00 per order. Packages sent via US Postal Priority Mail typically take 4-10 business days for delivery. Express Delivery options are not available for Alaska, Hawaii or US Territories.

International Orders
TriCity New Balance is a United States based company. As a result, orders being shipped to an address outside the United States are considered international.

Based on the corporate policy of New Balance Athletic Shoe, Inc., we are restricted from filling orders shipped to addresses outside of the United States.
